The perfect mix of sweet & salty, crunchy & creamy. The perfect mix of sweet & salty, crunchy & creamy.
Number of Servings: 12


    Per crostini:

    1 round toasted crostini drizzled with olive oil (a spritz is perfect if you have a Misto sprayer)
    1/4 oz of creamy goat cheese (tiny dab) a buttery gorgonzola dolce works great too
    1 dried fig
    1/2 whole walnut
    drizzle of honey


Place crostini flat on a cookie sheet and toast them lightly in oven or toaster oven (approximately 10 min @ 350).

When done, drizzle or spray lightly with olive oil. Spread a tiny dab of goat cheese (1/4 oz). Put down 1 fig. Add 1/2 of a whole walnut and drizzle the whole thing with honey.


Serving Size: Makes 12 crostini (serving is 1)
