    2 cups Honey Crisp Medley
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
    4 golden delicious or Jonathan apples
    non-dairy whipped topping- optional


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray 13x9x2 inch pan with vegetable cooking spray. Combine cereal, sugar, flour, cinnamon in bowl. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture forms crumbs. Set aside. Cut apples in halg length-wise. Remove core and seeds from each half. Place cut-side down in prepared pan. Spray apples with vegetable cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes are until apples are partially tender when pierced with a fork. Turn apples cut-side up in pan. Divide cereal mixture over apples and pat down gently. Bake an additional 25-30 minutes or until topping is light brown and apples are tender. Cool 5 minutes in pan on wire rack. Serve warm with whipped topping or a small scoop of vanila icecream.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
