    5 oz Solid White Albacore Tuna
    3 oz Greek Yogurt Non-fat 0% Plain
    1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

    Seasoning: Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, Crushed Pepper (amount varies depending on taste)


1.Drain and rinse tuna with cold water to reduce sodium content.
2.Place in bowl & add 1/2 of 6oz container of plain, ff greek yogurt.
3.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve on top of garden salad and top with fat free shredded cheese and sliced almonds for added crunch. Or wrap it onto a low carb, high fiber, multi grain tortilla with ff swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, and dried cranberries.
