Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 4 oz
    Oats, 2 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Pecans, 8 halves
    Dash of vanilla extract

Directions

Mash banana in a bowl, then add the rest of the wet ingredients. One well blended, add brown sugar and oats. Sitr well. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
