Ingredients

    8 c. chicken broth
    16 oz. chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 c. frozen corn
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/4 t. salt

Directions

Make noodles: beat eggs, mix in flour and salt until dough is soft. Roll out dough into two large circles on floured board; let sit 1/2 hour.

Make soup: Allow chicken pieces to cook in broth; add corn when chicken is done.

Cut each dough circle in half, then slice into thin noodles. Add noodles to soup and let boil for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
