I am posting this so other members of my family who are using the Spark People Nutritional Tracker don't have to re-enter the recipe.
I'm sure that there are many things that can be done to make this healthier, I just don't have time to do it today. This is not low calorie or low fat (diet food), but when the family wants something in the 20% of the 80/20, I can't always say NO.

Ingredients

Farmland Pork and Bacon - Pork Sausage, 250 gram
Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup--Less Sodium (1/2 C--2.5 svgs/can), 2.5 cup
Eggs, 10 Large
Milk, 2%, .75 cup
Shredded Cheese, Sharp Cheddar, 2 cup
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
1. Brown Sausage --- Drain
2. Add Cream of Potato Soup. Mix together.
3. In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and pepper together. Add to potato/sausage mixture.
4. Lightly spray 9X13 pan w/PAM. Pour into pan. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes.
Cut into 12 pieces.
Serving Size: Cut into 12 pieces
