    1pound whole wheat penne or other medium pasta shape, uncooked
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 pound boneless,skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch peices
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1-2 tsp hot sauce
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    1 cup fat free mayo
    1/2 cup fat free blue cheese salad dressing
    3/4 cup skim mil
    2 Tbps. blue cheese, crumbled


prepare pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking combine paprika, salt, farlic powder and pepper, sprinkle over chicken, stirring to coat.

Add 1 tsp oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-hig heat. Add chicken to skillet and saute over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Add hot sauce; cook 1 minute. remove chicken from skillet. Add remaining teaspoon of oil to skillet, add celery and onion and saute 2 minutes.

combine mayo, dressing and milk in a small bowl.

Add to vegetables in skillet, Add chicken. Stir constantly and cook until thoroughly headted.

When pasta is done, drain and return to pot.

Add contents of skillet to pot and mix well. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkly with cheese. Serve with additional hot sauce if desired.
