Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package 16 Bean Soup Mix
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped carrot
    6 cups chicken broth
    1 turkey smoked sausage sliced
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaf
    Season to taste.

Directions

The night before:
Add Chopped veggies and rinsed beans in the crock pot.
Cover with water over night in the fridge.

In the morning:
Pour of the water and add broth till 1/2 inch over beans.
Add turkey smoked sausage.
Add seasonings.
Turn crock pot on low for 10 hours.
