Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    20 oz crushed pineapple and juices (any larger than crushed, and the pineapple will get too salty and rubbery)
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons cooking sherry

Directions

Couldn't be easier- cut the chicken into small pieces and put into the bottom of the crock-pot. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients, and pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours (low 8-10 hours). Put over rice (not included in nutition count). Enjoy!
