Introduction

Bite Sized 'Ice cream' snacks flavored with Kahlua Bite Sized 'Ice cream' snacks flavored with Kahlua
Number of Servings: 34

Ingredients

    1.25 cups heavy whipping cream
    1 tbsp Kahlua liqueur
1/2 cup (or a little more - recipe uses .65c since I was eyeballing it) Splenda or generic equivalent

Directions

Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix lightly with spatula.

Using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or whisk, mix until cream holds its shape well but still fluffy. If its mixed to long it will get pretty solid.

Using your spatula, scoop all of your cream into a zip lock bag. Push it all to one corner and close bag. Using it like a pastry bag, clip the corner with the mix in it and pipe out 34 "bites" onto a baking pan (can be lined with wax paper for easy removal) and immediately freeze.

Once fully frozen, they can be removed and all put together in a zip lock and kept in the freezer for on the go snacks. You can play around with color by adding food coloring. You can also change the shape - making hearts, or pretzels, or whatever fits the occasion!

Enjoy!
