    Ingredients: pour le gateau
    Farine 11/2 tasse
    Granulated Sugar, 3/4cup
    Poudre à pâte,21/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    *Margarine, soft, 1/4cup
    Milk, 2%, 3/4cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

    Garniture du dessus
    *Cassonade dorée 1/3 cup
    *Farine 1/4cup
    *Margarine, 3 tbsp
    1/2 c.thé canelle


Préparé le gateau en alternant les ingrédient sec et le lait comme un gateau régulier, étendre la pâte dans une moule de 9"x9" graissé mélanger les ingrédients pour la garniture et laisser tomber par cuillière sur le gateau faire cuir 30 mn. à 350° ou jusqu'à ce que un cure dent ressorte propre.
