    1 large egg
    3/4 C Italian breadcrumbs
    30oz boneless skinless chicken breasts (3 large breasts)


Cut chicken breasts into strips. Crack egg into shallow bowl and pour breadcrumbs in in large bowl.
Dip chicken strips in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Coat thoroughly. Place in one layer on a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Makes about 12-15 strips. 1 serving is 3 strips.
