Ingredients

    2 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp garlic
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1 cup frozen chopped spinach
    1 pound fresh or frozen cod, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

Directions

In a soup kettle, combine all the ingredients except for the fish; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Discard the bay leaves.
