    4 hard boiled eggs, peeled, diced
    1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp yellow mustard, sugar free
    1/2 tsp dry dill weed
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 red onion, minced
    salt and pepper to taste


Place all ingredients into small bowl, mix and let rest for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
