    4 tbs margarine
    4 tbs flour
    2 cup milk
    2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tbs Italian seasoning
    1 can diced tomatoes, drained
    salt and pepper to taste


Melt the margarine in a sauce pan with the Italian seasoning. Add the flour and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk in the milk and cook on low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper, and heat through. Serve over pasta and meats.
