    40g Porridge Oats
    200g Skimmed Milk
    20g Raisins, Sultanas & Cranberries
    1 tsp (5g) Honey


For best results. combine oats and milk and soak overnight in fridge.

Remove from fridge and add dried fruit

Microwave for 1m 30secs, stir and then microwave for another 1m.

Add honey and stir.
