This needs a redo, but it is a favorite at our house. This needs a redo, but it is a favorite at our house.
Number of Servings: 8


    1/4 stick margarine
    1 onion chopped
    1 can cream of musroom soup
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup milk
    2 cups steamed rice
    1 1-lb bag, frozen broccoli, parboiled
    2 cups of ham diced


Saute onion in melted margarine until tender, but not brown. Add soup, milk and cheese and stir until melted. In 13x9 pan, combine remaining ingredients. Add sauce and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot through.
