    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces

    Butternut Squash, 0.5 cup, cubes

    Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 3 tbsp

    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving


Cut butternut squash into cubes or as prefered and steam.
(I put in butter and seasoning while steaming)
Grill or boil Chicken until fully cooked.
In a medium size pan put in italian based dressing and 4 oz of water and mix as it comes to a boil.
Place chicken in sauce and stir.
Cook sauce down to a glaze.
This will loosen the chicken and let the juices soak into the meat.

Place steamed squash and chicken on plate and pour on remaining sauce over as desired.

Serving Size: 1 8 oz meal
