Introduction

Fast, easy, cheap, nutritious, low calorie. What's not to like? Fast, easy, cheap, nutritious, low calorie. What's not to like?

Ingredients

    Bag of split peas
    one small onion
    3 cloves garlic
    Pam cooling spray
    6 cups or so of water.

Directions

Spray Pam in small covered frying pan then steam/saute onions and garlic in about a tablespoon of water. Add bag of split peas to 6 cups water, simmer until soft. Add onions/garlic and pepper.
