Ingredients

    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 eggs
    pinch salt
    1 cup milk

Directions

preheat oven to 400 degrees, blend all ingredients until foamy, divide 2 tbsp roast beef drippings to muffin cups evenly coating, heat oil and pan for 5 minutes, pour batter into muffin cup, cook 30 minutes.
