    1 stick Butter
    1/2 C brown sugar
    1/2 C white sugar
    2 Eggs
    2 C Applesauce
    1 C Milk
    2 C Rye Flour
    2 C All-purpose flour
    2 tsp Salt
    4 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tsp Cloves
    1 tsp ginger


Preheat oven to 400
Cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl
Add eggs and applesauce and beat thoroughly
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl
Add Milk and dry ingredients alternately
Grease or line muffin tins
Use an ice cream scoop to fill each muffin cup
Bake for 15-18 min.
