Ingredients

    3 lb. ground ham
    2 lb. sausage
    1 lb. ground beef, extra lean

    3 eggs
    1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1.5 cups milk (1%)

    sauce:
    2.5 cups brown sugar (about 1 lb)
    1 cup vinegar
    1.5 cups tomatoe juice (V 8)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together meats, add eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk. (Works best to use your hands to mix). Form into small loaf (about 5 oz or 1/3 cup each). Place in shallow dish. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste with sauce. Makes about 20 loafs. Freezes well.
