Introduction

This will warm you up! This will warm you up!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 medium onion chopped
    2 celery stalk chopped small
    4-5 carrots chopped small
    1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
    2 15oz can white beans
    1 cup of corn frozen
    1 cup of peas frozen
    4 cups of chicken broth
    1 tsp parsley, dried
    1 tsp pepper
    1 lb gr. turkey made into balls

Directions

take and put 2 tbs EVOO in dutch pan. chop and drop onion, carrots, celery into pan and saute until soft then place tomatoes, corn. peas. and cans of beans then add chicken broth. season with pepper and parsley flakes, let cook until carrots are tender add turkey balls and cook until done. about 30 -35 minutes. Serve in bowl with crackers. very yummy!!!!!!!!
