    1 white onion, sliced into thin half moons
    4 carrots, peeled and cut on the bias
    2 large celery stalks, cut on the bias
    2 broccoli stems, peeled and cut on the bias
    4 pieces asparagus, cut on the bias
    1/4 head green cabbage, sliced into thin half moons
    1/4 head red cabbage,, sliced into thin half moons
    1 tsp grapeseed oil
