    3/4lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
    2 cups Penne Rigate pasta
    1 1.15oz pouch Lawry's Mediterranean Sundried Tomato & Garlic Chicken seasoning
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
    1 red bell pepper
    1.75 cup water


Preheat oven 375 degrees
Trim and cube chicken
Combine chicken with uncooked pasta in 13x9 baking dish
Mix tomatoes, seasoning mix, and water in bowl
Pour tomato mixture over chicken and pasta
Stir well, coat evenly
Cover and bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until chicken and pasta are cooked thoroughly
Season with basil or other spices to taste

Serving Size: Makes about 10 one cup servings
