Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces
    1 T.olive oil
    8 oz. of fettucini noodles
    2 packets of McCormick creamy garlic alfredo sausce mix
    6 T of margarine
    2 c. of milk



Directions

Cook meet on medium heat in 1 T. olive oil. At the same time put the water on to boil the noodles. When the water comes to a boil add 8 oz of noodles broken in 1/2. While the chicken finishes and the noodles boil. Mix together in medium sauce pan the sauce mix and the milk. Add the butter and stir until melted. Cook on medium heat until it boils and reduce the heat and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain the cooked noodles and pat the excess oil off of the chicken. Add to the sauce and mix together. Serve with a tossed salad for a complete meal.
