Introduction

I made these up so I could get a real breakfast in even on busy mornings. I made these up so I could get a real breakfast in even on busy mornings.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Naturegg Simply Egg Whites about 4 egg whites
    2 fresh egg, large
    1/4 cup Green Pepper (bell pepper)
    1/4 cup Green Onion chopped
    1/4 cup Tomatoes chopped
    1 tsp Roasted Garlic
    40 grams light Feta cheese
    6 Compliments Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla



Directions

Cut up all vegetables, spray pan with low fat cooking spray and cook on medium heat for 5-7 mins to soften them up and release the flavor.

Add the eggs, continuing to cook on medium heat breaking up the food items in a scrambled egg style of cooking.

Separate the soft tortilla shells and distribute the finished eggs evenly between the 6 shells, wrap them up for later.
