Number of Servings: 12


    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup
    Coconut Oil, 0.75 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Clementine, 2 serving
    Raisins, 0.25 cup (not packed)
    Really cold water
    Splenda, 2 Tbs


Put flour, some salt, 1 tbs splenda in a large bowl and add gradually the coconut oil until it becomes crumbly. Then add water (about 1 tbs at a time) until you can roll it. Make a ball of it and cut it in half. Roll one of the balls and place in a 9" pie pan.
Add applesauce to the pan over the pie crust (don't forget to "raise" the pie crust over the pie pan "margins"). Then add banana (cut as you wish), clementines, raisins and the extra splenda.
The other ball of dough should be rolled and placed on top of the pie to give your pie a nice look (you can make stars or whatever you have in mind).
Place your pie in a pre-heated at 400F oven and cook for about 30-35 min until you can see the top of the crust getting a little bit brown.

Makes 12 servings.
