Introduction

This is a little bit of a different kind of pizza. This is a little bit of a different kind of pizza.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Boboli thin pizza crust
    1 box/bag frozen artichoke hearts
    1 8 oz log of goat cheese
    2 TBSP olive oil

Directions

Pre-heat oven according to crust directions. Brush olive oil onto crust and top with artichokes and goat cheese. Bake for 8 - 11 minutes. Be careful - the goat cheese gets very hot. Makes 6 slices of pizza.
