    Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Karrie's Meat Mixture, .5 serving
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded


Crack the Eggs & add the Milk. Mix with Fork or Whisk.

Put Scrabbled Egg mixture into a Non Stick Skillet. Let Cook until 1/2 way Cooked, Then Flip

Add the Meat Mixture to one side & a light sprinkle of Cheese/ Fresh Chives

Fold the 2 ends over & Wrap like a Burrito

Add the Fresh Chives & the rest of the Cheese to the Top & Serve.

Serving Size: Cut the Omelet in Half ( 1 Half an per Serving)
