Ingredients

    one can of tuna
    3 hard boiled egg whites
    1 diced stalk of celery
    1 tsp of curry powder
    3 tbs of plain non-fat yogurt
    1 dash of salt

Directions

Hard boil 3 eggs and dice up whites (You could use whole egg . Nutritional data only for whites). Mix together drained tuna, diced celery, and yogurt. Add salt and curry powder to taste. I usually serve on whole wheat wrap with mixed greens(not included in nutrition info).
