    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Salt, 1 tsp (1/2 t for lower sodium)
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp
    White Wine, 2 fl oz


Preheat Oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well. Put into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hr. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
