    1/2 lb. whole wheat spaghetti
    2 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 cups nonfat milk
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup canned mushrooms (optional)
    3 slices Muenster cheese


Melt butter in pan. Add flour and whisk to form reux. Add milk; let simmer until thickened. Add shredded cheddar cheese. In casserole dish, combine cooked and drained pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and cheese sauce. Top with slices of Muenster cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through (about 15-20 minutes). Serves at least 6.
