Ingredients

    2 Cup Brown Rice
    2 Cup Peppers, Red, Raw, Chopped
    1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
    1T Olive Oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 C Tomato Sauce
    2 C Chicken Broth

Directions

Brown rice in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
