    2 tbl Olive oil
    2 Cups Butternut Squash cubed
    2 Cups Cauliflower broken into small florets
    1 Cup Onlion chopped coarsely
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    2 tsp Turmeric
    1 tsp Chili Powder

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet
add vegetables cook until tender
and spices
