Ingredients

    550 grams round steak, chopped
    110 grams tomato, chopped
    167 grams onion, chopped
    136 grams provolone cheese slices
    Italian seasoning to taste, sugar free

Directions

Chop all ingredients and add to a non-stick ceramic 8x11 dish. Broil on low for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire on your meat). Remove from oven, top with cheese and return to oven. Continue to broil until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
