    splenda 1/3 cup
    sugar 1/3 cup
    1 apple, chopped and diced
    cinnamon, 1 tbsp
    nutmeg, 1/2 tbsp
    biscuits, pillsbury


finely chop apple. Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl. add apple then mix. Roll out the creasant rolls spray with spray butter(no calorie). Place tbsp apple mixture on roll and roll up. Put in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
