Number of Servings: 8


    4 cups froen hash browns
    3 talbspoons canola oil
    1/8 teaspoon of pepper
    1 pd ground beef (lean)
    1 cup water
    1 3/4 ounces of gravy mix
    1/2 tsp gralic salt or powder
    1 shredded chedder cheese
    1 can fried onions
    10 frozen mixed vegetables


1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Combine hash browns, oil, and pepper in 9 x 13 inch
casserole dish. Press around sides and bottom.
3. Bake at 400 degress for 15 minutes
4. Brown bee, drain.
5. Stir in gravy, water and galic salt, boil
6, Add mixed beggies, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes
7. Stir in 1/2 cup chees and 1/2 can onions
8. Place in potatoe shell
9. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees F.
10. Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
11. Sprinke with remaining cheese and onion.
12. Bake 5 more minutes.

Serving Size: divide into 8 servings.
