    24 Large shrimp or prawns
    1/2 can of light beer
    1/2 cup ketchup Heinz one carb reduced sugar
    1to 3 tsp prepared horseradish
    1 tsp hot sauce
    4 lemon slices


Pour beer in steamer pot with basket, when beer gets hot and starts to boil, add shrimp to basket and cover. Steam shrimp until pink approx 4 to 6 min. Place shrimp in Ice bath to cool or cold water. When cool peel and devein leaving tail in tack . Mix all ingredients listed for cocktail sauce.
In stem glasses place 6 shrimp each around rim of glass, place 2 parsley sprigs inside of glass, on top of parsley place 2 tbsp of cocktail sauce, garnish with sliced lemon also inside of glass , repeat until all four cocktails are done, You can chill for 1 hour if desired, then serve
