Ingredients

    Cake:
    2 cups flour
    1 cup canola oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 tbsp cinnamon

    Icing:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    8 oz cream cheese
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

Directions

Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into a greased bundt pan and back at 325 for 60-75 minutes. Turn onto a baking rack and let cool. Ice with icing when completely cooled.
