    chicken breasts
    parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
    Cream of Chicken soup
    black pepper


1. Combine 1/2 c bread crumbs, 2 Tb parmesan cheese and oregano, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and pepper
2. Roll chicken in mixture
3. Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
5. Turn chicken, bake 20 minutes more
6. Blend 1 can cream of chicken soup and milk and pour over chicken
7. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining parmesan cheese
8. Bake 20 minutes more or until done

  • As it says that the recipe serves 5, are 5 chicken breasts used? I don't see how much chicken is used. Also, are these boneless/skinless or bone in/skin on? Thanks! - 3/30/11
