Ingredients

    1 cup Broccoli-raw
    1 cup Baby Carrots-raw-whole
    1 cup White Onions- raw-sliced
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    1 Tsp Flax Seed

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then lay them out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 till your liking.
