Number of Servings: 8


    Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 56.7 grams (remove)
    Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Coconut Milk, 2 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Almond Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    Erithritol (1 tsp.), 113 gram(s) (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter a 9 inch pie pan.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into prepared pie pan and bake for approximately 1 hour until top is golden brown and set. Cool. Store in refrigerator overnight to give the “crust” time to better set up. Top with whipped cream prior to serving.
