Ingredients

    5 pints whole canned tomatoes
    5 cans tomato paste
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 pound ground beef
    1 med onion
    2 Tbsp parsley
    4 Tbsp italian seasoning
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp basil
    1 Tbsp sugar
    4 lg stalks celery, diced
    8 oz mushrooms, diced
    1 medium zucchini, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Brown, drain, and rinse beef and turkey. Mix all ingredients in large stock pot. Simmer one hour until vegetables are tender. Freeze into five portions - 4 cups each.
1 serving = 1 cup sauce
