Ingredients

    2.5 C Butter
    1 1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 C splenda granulated
    2 Eggs
    2 tsp Vanilla
    1.5 C all-purpose flour
    1.5 C almond flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp cinnamon
    3 tsp nutmeg
    6 C quick rolled oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices in a bowl, set aside

Cream together butter and sugars
Add eggs and vanilla, beating well
Add flour mixture and blend well
Stir in oats

Drop in 25 gram increments onto cookie sheet

Bake 8-9 minutes for a chewy cookie
Cool 1 minute on a cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack.
Cool completely and store in tightly covered container.
