    * Scallions, raw, 25 grams
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 90 grams
    * *Shady Brook Farm 85/15 Ground Turkey, 8 oz
    * *La Choy Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * *All Natural NaSoya Won Ton Wrappers, 20 wraps
    *Salt/Pepper to your liking


Cook the ground turkey in a pan over medium heat. Once it is completely cooked add the rest of the ingredients except the wonton wrappers. Add a dash of salt/pepper to your liking. Once cooked place 1.5 tablespoon of meat mixture in each wonton wrapper and fold into little baggie. Place in lightly greased mini muffin tin so they don't fall open. Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until tops are lightly golden.
