    1.75 cups steel cut oats or whole oat groats
    .5 cup raisins
    1 cup 2% milk
    4 scoops Nutrilite protein powder


Place 2 Japanese-cups (approx. 7/8 USA cups) oats and 1/2 cup organic raisins into rice cooker; add filtered water to 2 cup fill line. Cook on porridge setting. When completed, add 1 cup 2% milk, 4 scoops proteint powder and stirl. Reheat on appropriate setting.
Makes about four (4) 1 cup servings.
