Six huge servings! Six huge servings!
Number of Servings: 6


    One cup quinoa, whatever color you want, washed
    One huge can of crushed tomatoes (I think it's 28 oz)
    One cup frozen peas
    One cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    Three small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    One cup baby carrots, whole
    One can Chicken broth (Swanson Natural Goodness)
    One cup spinach
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    Dried Herbs of your choosing


Toss all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or so. Sprinkle a little cheese on top for added flavor, and garlic powder and whatever dried herbs you like!

  • Was a very good meal I marinated the chicken in the crockpot over night and I used 5 pieces then in the morning I added everything else and I used garlic powder, Italian spice and oregano sea salt and pepper and it was all great. I also used stewed tomatoes instead on crushed - 11/6/15
