    Banana, fresh, .5 cup, mashed (about 2 medium)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Oats, 2 cup
    Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch cereal, 1.25 cup
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    1.5 Cups Splenda
    .25 tsp cinnamon


Beat Splenda, bananas, applesauce, egg beaters, and vanilla in large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine all remaining dry ingredients except the raisins.
Slowly incorporate flour mixture with banana mixture, then fold in raisins.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
