    1/4 cup Maxwell House International Cafe Sugar Free Suisse Mocha Cafe
    4 Tbsp of hot water
    1 tsp instant espresso
    1 package of lady fingers
    3 cups of cold fat free skim milk
    1 package , 8 oz. of fat free cream cheese
    2 package of Jello fat free sugar free instant pudding
    use either cheesecake or vanilla or chocolate.
    1 tub of thawed Cool Whip Lite whipped topping.
    Optional 1 oz liquor, coffee flavored, or your choice.
    Cocoa to sprinkle on the top
    Chocolate to shave in curls for the top
    Or crushed nuts to sprinkle on top.


Dissolve 2 Tbsp. flavored instant coffee in hot water with 1 tsp. of espresso and optional flavored liquor.
Line bottom of 8 by 8 glass pan with lady fingers.
Drizzle the dissolved flavored coffee mixture over lady fingers
Blend 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese, remaining undissolved flavored instant coffee in the blender or food processor till smooth. Add the pudding mix and remaining milk, blend or mix. Add half a tub of cool whip, fold in my hand.
Spread or pour mixture over lady fingers.
Put another layer of lady fingers over the mixture.
Drizzle the coffee mixture on the lady fingers.
pour remaining pudding mixture on the lady fingers.
Sprinkle powered cocoa over the top.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set
Optional toppings and flavors you can use
Shave curls of chocolate on top.
Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on top.
Good if using Hazelnut flavored coffee.
You can substitute any flavored sugar free pudding mix and flavored coffee, and liquor. It's fun to play with different flavors.
The mocha and hazelnut flavors have always turned out well.
